The
Answer To Graffiti And Vandalism: CANE ‘EM!
By Republican Rebel

I wonder if people get as mad as I do when they see where these juvenile delinquents have written graffiti all over other people’s property? No matter where you go it’s everywhere. Whether on the sides of a bus in Sydney, Australia, or spray painted over an overpass in Oklahoma, its ugliness stares us in the face and reminds us just how far we’ve fallen from being a decent and moral society. Those rat bag vandals who write graffiti have no respect for people, property, or the good of mankind. They spray paint their filthy words and drawings on the sides of public buildings and private property with no regard for the rights of their fellow man. What chaps my hide about graffiti is the way society is accepting it! Some cities are even encouraging it by allowing teenagers to go mark up certain walls and bridges in towns. Some cities refuse to take action and leave graffiti up for an indefinite period of time. I remember a few years back, Skinheads were spray-painting racial slurs all over public property in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The city named it first priority and spent the taxpayer’s money sending city workers out to paint over any racial graffiti. Sounds like a good idea huh? Well, maybe on the surface, but the city of Tulsa was full of nothing but hypocrisy and still are to this day as they do absolutely nothing about graffiti removal unless it is related to white racism. They simply refuse to remove filthy words, anti-Christian graffiti, or gang related graffiti. That is their policy. Most cities like Tulsa leave up graffiti saying that there is too much of it and they can’t do anything about it. Hogwash! If that were true, then why are they so quick to remove the spray painted letters of KKK or a Nazi Swastika, but they refuse to do anything about the F-word, or graffiti advertising the Crips or Bloods street gangs or “Satan Rules 666” which I have seen spray-painted all over public property in Tulsa?
When I was a kid, I was caught soaping a person’s window on Halloween night. I was forced to remove and clean off all the soap off those people’s window right in front of my friends with my own hands. The humiliation was enough to make me think twice before ever doing a stunt like that again, not to mention the manual labor required. I was forced to undo what I had done, to right the wrong, in other words to be responsible for my own actions. I was not let off with a warning; I was put to work to make it right. The idea of if you break it, now you fix it and in the full view of those you offended is a great idea. I only wish that every rat bag that spray paints graffiti could be caught and made to scrub every inch of this disgusting eyesore off whatever surface they had chose to deface. I believe that this would make those who like to do graffiti think twice before pulling any of these stunts.

And remember that punk middle class white American boy named Michael Fay that vandalized those cars several years ago in Singapore? He caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. He was caught and received a good old-fashioned “Singapore Caning” from the authorities. That is where they take a huge bamboo cane and whack it across your bare bottom several times even drawing big red welts.
Diagram of butt after a caning
It is described as so painful that after one has been caned, he cannot sit down for many days without unbearable pain.
There was a huge public outcry as many people protested caning his butt as “cruel and unusual” punishment. The only thing the liberals were able to accomplish was getting the amount of whacks to his butt reduced, but the punk still received a caning. Praise God and the Singapore authorities that refused to cave in to pressure and whacked his hide with several good ones! He never vandalized another car.

I
remember when some low life punks went into the graveyard where my Grandparents
are buried, a few years before my Grandmother died, and a few years after my
Grandfather died. They broke tombstones, kicked over markers, and smashed up the
permanent flower vases that my Grandmother had purchased with her savings to be
on the base that supported their headstones for their graves. She always loved
flowers and wanted those vases to put flowers next to the markers. She was just
on social security and didn’t have the money to replace them. These animals
that committed this horrible act could care less who they hurt. I bet they would
if they were held accountable and caned instead of being able to call mommy and
daddy to get them out of it. If I could have gotten my hands on those punks, I
would have taught them a lesson they would never forget.
The
youth of today are lied to and brainwashed by a system which believes, or at
least pretends to believe that every act of vandalism and crime is caused by
some childhood abusive influence, some product of the environment, something
that was beyond the kid’s control, so therefore anything he does wrong is
really not his fault. He is just acting out his aggressions and expressing the
hidden innermost feelings that are trying to come out. I know that the breakdown
of the family in today’s society has set so many of our kids adrift without
the discipline or guidance they so desperately need, but slapping them on the
wrists and saying “poor misunderstood teenager” to their petty crimes will
most certainly lead them to believe that they can get away with anything in this
left wing, permissive, silly society of ours. It’s downright injustice to the
young people of today to allow them to think that they can go through life
without any authority, which is the reason so many of them end up in a prison
cell or dead in some filthy alley from a drug overdose or gunned down by another
gang member.
Of
course I understand that graffiti is just the tip of an iceberg which would
terrify us if we could see what was actually under the water, but I think that a
zero tolerance policy for graffiti and mandatory punishment like a caning would
at least be a start. I would like to use Singapore as another example. I was
flying in to Singapore in 2003, when I was given a card on the airplane to fill
out for immigration. It stated in huge bold letters, “DEATH TO DRUG DEALERS”
and
they mean it. Anyone caught with drugs in Singapore will face the death penalty.
And so it should be because Singapore has one of the cleanest safest drug free
cities in the world. We should make it clear in huge bold letters in every
schoolyard and place signs up all over town, “MANDATORY CANING FOR ANYONE
CAUGHT DOING GRAFFITI.” This is a way of saying to these young people, “You
belong to a society which will not tolerate your disrespect. We will not have
our buildings defaced, our monuments defiled nor our public transportation a
billboard for your personal rebellion. You will not vandalize graveyard
monuments or you will be punished severely. Your parents will NOT be able to do
a thing to help you. You will be punished.
You will be held accountable for your acts. You will undo what you’ve done,
you will personally right the wrong, and you will satisfy your debt. WE WILL
CANE YOU and ROCK YOUR WORLD!”
